In the Swedish Elitserien the 2018 season opened this past weekend with three games for each team.
The Stockholm Monarchs and the Sölvesborg Firehawks went 3-0 on opening weekend, while the Sundbyberg Heat, Leksand Lumberjacks and Rättvik Butchers picked up one win each.
