The Netherlands win the 2018 U18 European Baseball Championship

The Netherlands have won the 2018 U18 European Baseball Championship in Grosseto, Italy.

In the championship game the Dutch defeated Spain 6-3.

Czech Republic prevailed over host Italy to win the bronze medal.

The Netherlands and Spain are qualified for the 2019 U-18 Baseball World Cup.
