Italy announces final Roster for European Championship

Italy announced its final roster for the European Championship in Hoofddorp on Thursday evening. Compared to the team at the Italian Baseball Week Tiago Da Silva and Luis Lugowere added to the pitching staff of manager Marco Mazzieri. The majority of the players is coming from the Italian Baseball League plus Alex Liddi, who played in Mexico this year.

Catchers: Sabbatani (Fortitudo BO), Reginato (San Marino)

Infielders: Sambucci, Vaglio (Fortitudo BO); Epifano (Padova); Mercuri, Giuseppe Mazzanti (Nettuno Baseball City), Liddi (Tigres Quintana Roo-AAA Messico)
