The independent
league club Lincoln Saltdogs has released Dutch right-hander Shairon Martis.
The former big
leaguer got a couple of injuries and didn’t perform well enough, when he was on
the mound.
Fellow Dutch national
teamers Curt Smith and Dashenko Ricardo remain with the Saltdogs.
