In mid spring the clinic for baseball umpires took place in Ukrainian city Kropyvnytskyi. The city is considered to be the baseball capital of the country and thus different baseball events often take place there. Umpires of the ESF and CEB became the head of organizing committee and coaches. They had an opportunity to attend theoretical classes during the clinic – theory of location, movement, command and gesture were examined. Also umpires reviewed some games during the practical part of the meeting.
The referring of baseball games with practice and theoretical classes took place on the “Diamant” stadium in Kropyvnytskyi city. All participants of the event had an interesting and useful experience and the opportunity to share professional skills among themselves.
