Barcelona to host celebrations of the 25th anniversary of Olympic Baseball

The Royal Baseball and Softball Federation of Spain will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the 1992 Olympic Tournament (the Olympic Baseball debut) with a friendly match between their U-23 National Team and the U-23 National Team of Italy.

The game is scheduled for Tuesday 1 August in the Viladecans baseball stadium, one of the baseball facilities used during the 1992 Games. The event is sanctioned by WBSC.

The anniversary will be celebrated on 29 July during an official ceremony hosted by the Olympic Museum in Barcelona.
