At the Prague Baseball Week 2017 six games were played
on Friday after the rainout the day before.
In the morning the 3n2 International Stars beat the
International Future Stars 7-5. Russia lost 3-4 to the Czech U23 national team.
In the afternoon the International Future Stars then routed the Czech U23 13-3,
while Germany’s U23 lost 4-11 against the Czech Seniors.
In the evening Germany rebounded with a 6-3 win over
Russia and the 3n2 International Stars downed the Czech Republic 7-5.
The 3n2 International Stars already have reached the
final before their last first-round game against Russia. The matchup between
the Czech Seniors and the Future Stars will determine the second finalist. The
Prague Baseball Week ends on Saturday evening.
