Lithuanian right-handed pitcher Dovydas Neverauskas
captured his first win in Major League Baseball on Sunday. He pitched two
scoreless innings in the Pittsburgh Pirates’ extra inning win over the San
Diego Padres.
After his debut in April he is going back and forth
between Triple-A and the MLB. He also pitched in the big leagues in June and
has been back since August 3. Overall his ERA sits at 3.00 in nine innings with
seven strikeouts and one walk.
