In the Swedish Elitserien a midweek game was played on Wednesday between the Sundbyberg Heat and the Stockholm Monarchs.
Sundbyberg prevailed 6-3. Stockholm tied the game at 2-2 in the sixth, but the Heat promptly added two runs in the bottom half of the same frame to regain the lead. Brent Page scored three runs and drove in two for Sundbyberg. Alexander Johnsson pitched six solid innings for the win. Eland Tsubata got charged with the loss.
